How To Create A Zip File
Making a Zip File in Windows 7 or Windows XP
- Place the files you want to compress into a single folder.
- Right Click or Control Click the folder.
- Hover over "Send To:" then choose "Compressed (Zipped) Folder
- A new zip file will appear next to the folder
Making a Zip File on Mac OSX
- Place the files you want to compress into a single folder.
- Right Click or Control Click the folder.
- Select the compress option.
- A new zip file will appear next to the folder
Creating A Print Ready PDF
In Design PDF Creation
- Open your file in inDesign. Make sure there are no errors when opening.
- Select File > Export.

- Choose a place to save your PDF then you will be prompted with a PDF setting box.
- In these settings choose the "High Quality Print" Preset and Make the following changes.
- Under General uncheck "Create Tagged PDF"
- Update the Compression settings to not downsample images.

- Click export to export the PDF to the specified location.
Adobe Illustrator PDF Creation
- Open your file in Illustrator. Make sure there are no errors when opening.
- In the upper left choose File > Save As
- When choosing a location to save the PDF make sure the file type selected is PDF.

- Choose "High Quality Print" from the drop down at the top to select the high quality default settings.
- Make sure the compression settings match these below.

- Now save the PDF and the file should be available to you.
